REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unopened and unused. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product is not in its original condition or if it has been opened or used.
To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us at the address provided in the imprint. Please include your order number and the reason for the refund or exchange request. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
The shipping cost for returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process.
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been customized or made to order.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and will cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned product, we will process a refund or exchange.
