Data Privacy Policy

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations as well as this data privacy policy.

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or email addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis, as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

Information, Deletion, Blocking

You have the right to receive information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing as well as a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data at any time. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint if you have any further questions on the subject of personal data.

Cookies

Some of our web pages use cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit our website.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources.

The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of his website – for this purpose the server log files must be recorded.

Contact Form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal message by email to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Data processing for order processing

We use the services of external service providers (e.g. payment service providers) for the processing of orders. In this case, personal data is only passed on to the extent necessary for the processing of the order.

The legal basis for the transfer of data is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Right of objection

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation. We will then no longer
