Are your products medicines?+
No. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and do not replace medical advice or treatment.
Ordering & Delivery
What are the delivery times?+
Generally 2–4 business days after receipt of payment within Germany, 3–7 days for the rest of the EU.
Is delivery free?+
Yes, from €149. Below that, shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed.
Is shipping discreet?+
Yes, all orders are shipped neutrally and discreetly, with tracked delivery.
Which countries do you deliver to?+
We deliver across the EU, wherever our products are legally permitted.

Which payment methods do you accept?+
Advance bank transfer (prepayment) or secure card / online payment.
Is my payment data secure?+

When is my order shipped with a bank transfer?+
After receipt of payment. Please state the reference provided when making the transfer.
Legality & Quality
Are your products legal?+
Our products contain less than 0.3% THC and are restricted to adults (18 years and over).
Are your products tested?+
Yes — every batch is analysed by an independent laboratory. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are available on request at [email protected].
Can I withdraw after the purchase?+
