From what amount is delivery free?

In France, delivery is free for orders over €59.90. For neighbouring EU countries, the threshold is €75, and for the rest of the European Union, €100.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email containing the tracking link. You can check the status at any time on the carrier's website.

Is the packaging really discreet?

Yes, absolutely. We use neutral boxes, without any markings. The sender's name is neutral and nothing indicates the contents. The invoice is also provided only in digital format.

What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?

Document the damage immediately with photos and contact us within 48 hours by email. We will promptly send you a replacement or refund the amount.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
