How can I track my parcel?

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email containing the tracking link. You can check the status at any time on the carrier's website.

Is the packaging really discreet?

Yes, absolutely. We use neutral boxes, without any markings. The sender's name is neutral and nothing indicates the contents. The invoice is also provided only in digital format.

What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?

Document the damage immediately with photos and contact us within 48 hours by email. We will promptly send you a replacement or refund the amount.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

As long as your parcel has not yet been shipped, we can change the address. To do this, contact us as soon as possible by email, providing your order number.

How does a return work?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Contact our support by email and you will receive a free return label. The refund is made within 5 to 7 working days after receipt.
