Terms & Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales concluded on the website operated by SHYW SOCIETE (Cannabuben), 57 avenue de Verdun, 64200 Biarritz, France. They apply to every order placed by a customer. Sales are restricted to adults (18 years and over).

Products are described as accurately as possible. Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included), excluding shipping costs which are shown before the order is confirmed. All CBD products offered contain less than 0.3% THC.

The order is confirmed once the customer validates it during the payment process. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent. The sales contract is concluded upon receipt of this confirmation.

Payment is made by advance bank transfer (prepayment) or by secure card / online payment. For advance bank transfer, the order is dispatched after receipt of payment.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer, generally within 2–4 business days after receipt of payment, via DHL/DPD. Free shipping from €59.90.

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our withdrawal policy for details and exceptions (e.g. sealed goods unsealed after delivery).

Statutory warranty rights apply. Our CBD products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

These GTC are governed by the applicable law of the seller's jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the customer's country of residence.
